Meraki devices have a 30-day grace period for license reactivation after the license expires. This allows users to ensure continuity and avoid service interruptions when a license expires. Meraki devices will shut down after the 30 days lapses if the license is not reactivated.
Can Meraki work without Internet?
Very simple answer: no. For any configuration beyond getting the device online, you need to use Dashboard. Meraki products are not meant to be used or configured offline.
